Fail Fast Forward is a workout designed to help you learn quickly through experiments. It helps you build your muscles for crafting and doing many small experiments, which helps you take more risks and learn more quickly. It’s also a great complement to the Staying Strategic, as it helps you design experiments to explore possible ways forward.

Workout Schedule
Fail Fast Forward is offered every month except for December. (See Collaboration Gym for the calendar.) For first-time participants, it consists of two 90-minute workouts on the second Tuesday and Thursday of the month.
If you’ve done Fail Fast Forward before, you can choose to participate in either or both workouts. You can also participate in any of the Collaboration Gym’s monthly Accountability Checkin (first Tuesday of every month), peer coaching sessions that help keep you on track.
