Infrastructure

Assessing infrastructure:

• Utility
  • Does it serve its purpose?
• Robustness / reliability / resilience
  • Can we depend on it? What dependencies does it have (e.g. external services)? How automated is it? Is there backup?
• Evolvability
  • How easy is it to extend?

I want to create a standard scoring system so that I can include these scores on my project pages for infrastructure we're using or building.
