Assessing infrastructure:
- Utility
- Does it serve its purpose?
- Robustness / reliability / resilience
- Can we depend on it? What dependencies does it have (e.g. external services)? How automated is it? Is there backup?
- Evolvability
- How easy is it to extend? Is it open source? Is there an active ecosystem supporting it?
I want to create a standard scoring system so that I can include these scores on my project pages for infrastructure we're using or building.
